Developing Diversity

Jennifer Plummer manages a team that develops cloud based enterprise software applications for PROS, Inc., She has been with PROS for 12 years and has 20 years experience in Software Development. She earned a B.S. in Mathematics and a minor in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, where she was a Meyerhoff Scholar, a scholarship program that promotes diversity in STEM fields. She also graduated with a Masters in Information Systems and Technology from Johns Hopkins University.

Frances Jurek is a software engineer at PROS, Inc. in Houston, Texas, a position she earned shortly after graduating from MakerSquare in the summer of 2014. She was recognized as a 2015 PROS OutPerformer and 2016 PROS President's Club Winner. Prior to MakerSquare, Frances graduated from the University of Alaska Fairbanks with a Bachelor of Music Education (K-12) and from the University of Oklahoma with a Master in Music Performance in 2006.
