Wayne Smith

Wayne has spent over 20 years with Microsoft in a number of roles including 14 years with Microsoft Consulting Services building custom solutions for customers, supporting commercial customers with modifications to Exchange, and assisting partner in building application development and AI practices. He has authored or co-authored a number of books on development practices and SQL Server. Wayne currently serves as a Cloud Solutions Architect within Microsoft’s One Commercial Partner organization with a focus on development with Conversations as a Platform. He leads a virtual team of members dedicated to providing business value to customers using bots empowering organizations to gain access to data in a more conversational, intuitive manner.
