Ben Rogers

Ben Rogers has held various roles in the tech industry over the last twenty years. He currently implements Agile principles and practices at HomeAway as a Test Program Manager, helping to shepherd large development efforts that cut across the organization. He previously worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer, Systems Administrator, and Technical Support Engineer at PeopleAdmin, Sendmail, and IT Masters. He has also managed groups of QA Engineers as large as ten, driving quality efforts and facilitating growth of the people that he has managed. For the past seven years, he has been co-chair of the Agile Austin QA SIG, fostering an ongoing discussion of the challenges that all testing professionals face. In his spare time, he enjoys working.
