This session will cover the out-of-the-box dashboard and reporting capabilities in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011. Standard BI capabilities in the products can be limiting, so the session will also cover extracting data from the system and using the traditional SQL Server stack to build an end-to-end BI solution.
